Charlie jones | Charlie Jones (14/08/1989) is an Belgian Artist that paints, sculpts and produces installations. In his oeuvre he tells an autobiographical story that forges a bridge between music & image. Charlie Jones is also a songwriter, a loose cannon. This makes it difficult to find the appropriate platform. He dislikes the division between the arts and is not into categorising and borderlines. He instead enjoys pushing boundaries and exploring new avenues: ‘Art is daring to fall flat on your face. Most people need the clarity of one direction. But for me this becomes rather suffocating. I enjoy blazing a new trail. Certainties do not exist; except one: you always have to remain honest to yourself.’
